Southpark Commerce Center is a planned two-building industrial development located at the southwest corner of Thrailkill Road and Route 104 in Grove City, Ohio. The project includes Building 1 with an approximate footprint of 204,750 square feet and Building 2 with approximately 286,750 square feet. Both buildings are designed with ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting, and energy-efficient HVAC. Building 1 has a 32-foot clear height, and Building 2 has a 36-foot clear height. The site plan includes car and trailer parking areas and is scheduled for delivery in Summer 2027.
