Great recreational tract on West side of Ben Hill County. Deeded easement access. Be careful when crossing Little Sturgeon Creek, may need to access with a side by side. There is another creek which splits the property with planted pines on the North side of the creek. Good deer and turkey hunting. Some fishing options on Little Sturgeon Creek.
