As a hotel site this property can be utilized to accommodate parking for the large number of fishermen that frequent OH Ivie reservoir ( the number one Bass Lake in the US) which is a short distance from Ballinger. Additional land can be used for mini storage or retail. The last hotel built in Ballinger was in 1985.
