Kula Nei consisists of four parcels which total 131 acres. Currently there is access from Kukuna Street. The elevation of the lower boundry is approximately 800 feet above sea level and upper elevation is approximately 1100 feet above sea level. This one acre parcel is zoned AG-1 and the balance of the property is zoned AG-5. The property is zoned Urban at the State land use level and water is available in the area. There are plans to develop a 270 unit project consisting of 216 to 220 single family residences as well as affordable housing units.
