This could be the site of a new location for the main part of the town of Orange Beach! This 16 acres is just a small part of what's available. Also, it's the ONLY median cut in the Expressway between the toll bridge and Roscoe Rd to the north. Yes, there are wetlands aplenty but this 16 acres is about 5 acres of uplands and then we discuss mitigation. I have over 100 acres of low quality wetlands that it's possible to create mitigation with.
