Renovations Underway at Royal Palm Office Park in Plantation, Florida

PLANTATION, Fla. (March 27, 2015) - Lincoln Property Company has begun a multi-million dollar renovation of Royal Palm Office Park, the iconic Class A, suburban office complex located in Plantation, in the center of Broward County, Florida. Lincoln manages the two-building, 465,592-square-foot property, which was purchased last summer by a pension fund advised by an affiliate of Lincoln.

The renovation project includes the following elements in each of Royal Palm I and II:

·Dramatic two-story lobbies featuring simple, clean lines with a very neutral, timeless palette, with wood and stone accents;
•Updated elevator cabs; and
·Renovated elevator lobbies, corridors and restrooms on select floors.

In addition, Royal Palm Office Park’s tenants will enjoy these new amenities and features:

• A new, state-of-the-art fitness center;
• A new, luxuriously appointed executive conference center and lounge; and
• New landscaping, a shaded outdoor seating area and updated building signage.

The renovations are scheduled to be completed by early August. Atlanta-based Wakefield Beasley is the architect and interior design firm for the renovations, and Hollywood, Florida-based Witkin Hults Design Group is the landscape architect. Blanca Commercial Real Estate leases the property.

“These renovations will make Royal Palm Office Park, which is already best-in-class, even better,” said Roy Paskow, senior vice president of Lincoln, who oversees the South Florida office. “Royal Palm has long been a vital part of the South Florida office market, and these upgrades will only increase the appeal of this site to tenants.”

Royal Palm features a top-notch roster of international, Fortune 500, governmental and medical tenants. All tenants are able to use the Royal Palm Access program, which is Royal Palm Office Park’s exclusive tenant amenities and services program and which provides Royal Palm’s tenants a more enjoyable and productive work environment. Some of the wide array of amenities and services offered include access to both a classroom-style and executive conference center and lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, car wash, pick-up and drop-off dry-cleaning service, as well as a growing list of other services.
