PLANER BUILDING
The Planer building with 305,500 sq.ft. has a high ceiling in the main area of the
building and is fitted with three (3) double way bridge cranes each have a span of
100 feet and travel approximately 800 feet. Each crane is rated at 10 ton. It also has
40’ high ceilings in approximately 240,000 sq.ft. and 20’ high ceilings in the balance
of the building. The general condition of the building is in good shape. It has a dry
sprinkler system and an at grade train capacity for six cars inside the building.

PLYWOOD BUILDING
The Plywood building has approximately 220,000 sq.ft. of available space. The Plywood
building has 20’ high ceilings and does not have a crane. The building is in
good condition but has some limitations due to the spacing of interior pillars. This
building also has a dry sprinkler system.

LUMBER SORTER BUILDING
The lumber Sorter building with approximately 56,000 sq.ft. of space is in only fair
condition with a partial dirt floor. This building also has a double way 10 ton crane
with a span of 100 feet less than 800 feet in length. There is no sprinkler system in
this structure.

THE OFFICE BUILDING
Also known as the whitehouse this building has approximately 6,300 sq.ft. on one
floor with a full size basement. With multiple offices and conference rooms this is a
fully equipped facility complete
