The Historic Gas Company Lofts is an exquisite repurposing of one of downtown Los Angeles’ historical landmarks. Construction of the first 13-story building was complete in 1924. A six-story building at the south end of the property was added in 1941 and then another 13-story building at the north end of the property was completed in 1959.
