8/95: The Department of Treasury (GSA) leased 34,380 sf on floors 5-6 for a ten-year term. CB Commercial and Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster represented the building owner, the American Bar Association.

5/94: Building sold to James O. Broadhead Corporation (American Bar Association) for $19,700,000. The seller was First Union National Bank. Barrueta & Associates represented the seller, and Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster represented the buyer. The ABA will occupy the LL and floors 8-11 (approx. 60,000 sf). First Union National Bank is currently in the building, and they have leased approximately 50,000 sf on floors 1-3 from the ABA.
