John F. Kennedy Pky, 275 Broad Hollow Rd, 680 Washington Blvd, 750
Washington Blvd, 120 White Plains Rd, 90 Merick Ave, 400 Garden City Plaza, and 1305 Walt Whitman Rd. Reckson Associates Realty Corp. represented itself, the seller. Reckson maintains 51 persent majority interest in the property.

3/99: Wood Logan Associates, Inc., a marketing affiliate of Manulife (USA), leased 54,237 square feet on the 6th, 9th & 10th floors. Philip R. Sprayregen, Ned Burns, Thomas Pajolek and Alfred Mirin of CB Richard Ellis represented Wood Logan in the transaction and Larry Kwiat represented Reckson.

7/98: Reckson Associates bought the building from Stamford Towers, LP for more than $61 million. Insignia/ESG represented the previous owner and Reckson represented itself.
