Located on 12-acres in County Club Office Plaza, the 180,000 square feet Westfield Complex will be constreucted along Jordan Creek Parkwa. The building will have a glass and metal panel exterior. The complex will consist of two 80,000-square-foot four-story office wings, Westfield North and Westfield South, and will be connected by Westfield Commons, a 20,000-square-foot four-story state-of-the-art collaboration center.

Westfield Complex will provide urban amenities such as a rooftop terrace, outdoor patios, a food truck court and underground parking. In addition, the contemporary collaboration center of Westfield Commons will feature meeting space for special events and conferences as well as food service – generating a workplace environment typically reserved to large corporate campuses.

Structurally, the buildings will utilize a steel frame system and composite metal deck with integral power, data and communication systems for state-of-the-art work spaces. An energy management system with direct digital controls will be integrated within the complex while energy efficient sunscreens will be implemented throughout the buildings. The glass exterior of Westfield Complex will deliver extensive natural daylight to each floor and create areas that are engaging, open and collaborative.

Development of Westfield Complex is expected to start this fall with completion and initial occupancy in early 2018. ICON Construction of West Des Moines has been selected to be the construction manager.

Westfield amenities include walking trails, ponds, a wellness center, a new training and conference center, a private fiber ring that offers an inexpensive network of internet and voice services, in-park daycare center, on-site property management and nearby restaurants, shopping centers and banks.
