The Glendale Plaza was the first speculative office building to be built in Glendale since 1990. It is an institutional quality office tower clad in rich imported and honed limestone. There is maximum visibility at the corner of Central Avenue and the Ventura (134) Freeway. Amenities include food service, court yard, high-speed internet, shoe repair, dry cleaning and alterations.

Fan rooms on each floor provide conditioned air to each tenant space using a computer controlled variable air volume system. Outside air quantity complies with all of the latest recommendations for good air quality. Economical off-hour operation will be provided from the fans at each floor chiller that can provide economical off-hours cooling. Electrical rooms on each office floor provide 277/480-volt service for lighting and 120/208 for power. An emergency generator ensures continued operation of all critical building services. Unlimited user capability has been provided to accommodate state-of-the-art communications/data services to be brought from outside vendors to tenant floor terminal rooms. Provisions have been made for economical installation of an additional stand-by power generator to supply emergency power to essential tenant loads. Suites rents range from $780 to $3,600.

This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 for its operating efficiency.

In 2010, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Silver level by the U.S. Green Building Council.

In 2015, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Platinum level by the U.S. Green Building Council.
