One America Plaza is a 34-story office tower characterized by a unique curtain wall of granite and glass and a spectacular sculpted roof. It also features a crescent-shaped glass and steel enclosed trolly station and a marble clad four-story atrium entry with a forty-foot high waterfall.

One America Plaza is a mixed-use development including the office tower, trolley station, museum building, restaurants, retail shops, and outdoor plazas.
