The Gas Company tower is an award winning building used in many films and is easily recognizable as a Los Angeles Landmark. The architecture shifts from Barre Grey polished granite to punch-windowed French Lanhelin polished granite and tinted glass panels around a curved blue-glass core. Over 40 stories tall, it has sweeping 360-degree views of the city. The building provides concierge services and is well situated for public transportation. This building provides 24 hour, seven day per week access with complete security. This 1.4 million sf high rise, located within one block of the Central Library, and the Library Tower occupies the pivotal corner of Grand Ave and 5th Street at the foot of Bunker Hill in the city center.
