A comprehensive greening program is envisioned for the entire project. In addition, Wilshire Boulevard and La Brea Avenue will receive long-awaited street trees and planting which will offer shade and buffer retail shoppers and pedestrians from the busy streets. Landscaped public plazas at each corner of the block will connect the walkways around the building, including a pocket park at Sycamore Avenue and 8th Street that will be available to the neighborhood.

Residents of the project will enjoy four lush green courtyards on the podium deck that will feature amenities such as a pool and spas, BBQ and seating areas, private reflection decks and a fireplace area.
