City National Plaza consists of two office towers, one plaza level building and four subterranean levels. The towers rise above a Plaza level and consist of steel structured frame covered with polished panels of Forest Green granite and panes of bronze glass set in a distinctive pattern.

City National Plaza bridges the new Bunker Hill and South Park business and residential districts and work to reinforce Los Angeles' stature as one of the world's most dynamic cities.

The net rentable area of the project totals 2,648,920 rentable square feet. The three-story Plaza Building contains 65,633 rentable square feet. The four concourse levels consist of a parking level, two retail levels totaling 244,432 rentable square feet and one mechanical level. The first subterranean level includes 404 spaces of onsite parking.

HVAC Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 8-1 and current parking rates are $200 for unreserved at project parking facility, and $300 for reserved.

After the acquisition of the property by Thomas Properties Group, there have been and will be on-going renovation projects spanning the entire building.

This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2006,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016 and 2017 for its operating efficiency.

In 2010, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council.

In 2015, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council.
