The Baldwyn Business Center is a warehouse and distribution facility built in 1994-1995 and constructed from metal and concrete block. It is expandable and can be subdivided. The site is located in an industrial park adjacent to the new Toyota site with a potential for expansion. Electricity is provided by Prentiss County Electric Power Association.
