Update as of May 2012: This is pertaining to the $7.2 billion transaction which occurred in October of 2006 in which Brookfield and Blackstone purchased 48 Trizec assets. It has been reported that the assets have been divided up in an undetermined fashion. One property specifically is 1411 Broadway which is only owned by Blackstone. Brookfield has no ownership affiliation with that property. As per a contact for the Swig Company, they still retain the majority interest and Blackstone has 49.9% interest.

Currently, with the exception of 1411 Broadway, the correct ownership of each property has not yet been determined and the properties will be updated as ownership interests are established.
