Project broke ground in the first quarter of 2014.

River Point will be a state-of-the-art 45-story office tower located in Chicago’s downtown West Loop submarket at 444 W. Lake Street. The project will offer dramatic world class architecture, superior building systems, and outstanding views from all the office floors.

The 850K rentable square foot building will provide efficient 25,000-26,750 rentable square foot typical floorplates. The center core provides depths of 44’ to 62’ from core to curtainwall, which allows for maximum space planning flexibility for users.

A sophisticated exterior and interior design by Pickard Chilton Architects will complement the extraordinary views of the Chicago River, Wacker Drive and the Chicago Central Business District.

A key element of the project will be a 1.5 acre landscaped plaza, park and riverwalk along the Chicago River.

Amenities

River Point offers convenient access to public transportation. The Northwestern METRA Train Station access is located one block away and Union METRA Train Station access is three blocks away. Multiple bus routes and CTA elevated lines are available within the immediate three block area.

The project will include a café, 24-hour lobby security desk, conference center, fitness center, and a 24-hour ATM. Drop boxes for overnight delivery services will be conveniently located within the project.

Parking will also be provided in an underground structure on three levels. The garage will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will accommodate approximately 160 cars.

This building is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and is pre-certified LEED-CS Gold.
