The site is approximately one mile southwest of the St. Rose Dominican Hospital

The Henderson Executive Airport is roughly 1.5 miles south of the Property.
The airport serves as a convenient and economical alternative to McCarran

increase its commercial business and hangers to over 100. They have recently
invested more than $30 million in upgrades and additions. McCarren International
Airport is roughly 10 minutes north of the Property.
