of the strong traffic counts are currently estimated at 29,400 cars per day
along St. Rose Pkwy, and offers easy access to Interstate 15 and the 215 Beltway.
The site is approximately one mile southwest of the St. Rose Dominican Hospital
— Siena Campus, a 328,000 square foot, acute care facility offering 219
