3202 Industrial Avenue was built in 1997 by David Greer of Alaska Commercial Development in Fairbanks. After initial construction, offices and a warehouse were added.
The rear addition/warehouse is roughly 60' x 60' in size, and was manufactured by HCI Steel Company of Arlington, Washington. This section of 3202 Industrial Avenue, has gas-fired radiant heat and four overhead doors (2 sets of 2). One set of the doors are 16 feet wide to accommodate large vehicles. All the doors are equipped with a fast-travel style of electric openers that conserve heat and increase efficiency during the winter. It has a heated slab floor, steel framing, metal exterior and roof, while the interior is insulated. The mechanical room is situated on the north side of the this building. The south addition is one story, wood frame construction and has sheetrock finished walls, florescent lighting, and stained concrete floors. This area is configured for classrooms, offices and conference space. In this area, you will find the main entry and break room.

From the Mitchell Expressway, turn South on Lathrop Street, turn WEST onto 30th Avenue, turn SOUTH onto Industrial Avenue.Building will be on your right.

From VAN HORN ROAD, turn NORTH on Industrial Avenue, building will be on your left.
