Colony Park is located on a 9-acre tract with frontage and entrances on Main Street HWY9 and Maxwell Rd., one mile from North Point Mall. This entrance has a dedicated traffic light and Devore Rd. (one mile from GA 400 at the Haynes Bridge Rd. ramp). We have a MARTA bus stop sat our HWY9 entrance and on-site banking with a BBT branch building also on-site. There is 134,000 SF on-site and a total of 16 buildings. There is a local Deli restaurant and a Gas station located contiguously to our site. All buildings are have sprinklers and have upgraded interior finishes with 2x2 revealed edge ceiling tiles, wide door and window casings inside and out, upgraded trim, three private gazebos with picnic tables for tenant use. Outside cornice moldings are assembled with 13 pieces of trim and 4"x4"x8" dental blocks. All gutters are 5" architecturally correct round gutters with conductor bo.
