Exterior Stone aggregate panels and reflective glass. The entrance is comprised of three sets of double doors framed in anodized bronze. A 24' x 24' suspended aluminum canopy covers the main entrance to the building and is supported by three stainless steel supports suspended from the fifth floor of the parking garage.
Parking: Parking consists of a five level garage, which acts as the second through the fifth floors of the building and contains 648 spaces. The building also has 32 surface parking spaces, for a total of 680 spaces.
Floors: A typical floor plate is 17,186 rentable square feet. The floor plate is square in shape with bay depths of 40 feet from core to perimeter.
Interior: The building lobby contains floor to ceiling glass with two seating areas balanced on either side of the main entrance. The lobby floor is a combination of three polished Italian granites. Walls are covered with over 500 custom mahogany and cherry panels.
Elevators: The building provides six Otis passenger elevators and one freight elevator.
HVAC: The system is a chilled water system with three 350-ton chillers and two cooling towers controlled by an energy management system.
