Tower Lobbies
A sophisticated floor-to-ceiling Pilkington Glass curtain wall with a mullion-less system has been installed reconfiguring and extending the building lobbies. This enhancement has created spectacular views from the building entrances and valet through to the lushly landscaped centerpiece park. Transformed into sophisticated environments that appeal to tenants, visitors and guests alike, the expansive new lobbies offer improved pedestrian flow and access to the Towers across contemporary black Mesabi granite that has replaced the white marble originally installed when the building opened.


Exterior Paving and Waterproofing

Security Consoles
The Security Consoles have been relocated and expanded to provide more efficient visitor access management and to create an enhanced pedestrian flow and entry experience for tenants, visitors and guests.
