Park Place Tower's 15 stories offers a spacious, versatile 20,000-square-foot floor plate adaptable to virtually any office arrangement. The building is equipped with fiber optics to accommodate the high speed data lines required by today's technology. A comfortable conference room, available by reservation at no cost to Park Place Tower tenants, seats up to 25.

From the date of its opening, Park Place Tower set a new standard for downtown Birmingham office buildings. Improvements made in 1991 make it even better. The focal point of the improvements is a three-story glass atrium overlooking Linn Park. A revolving door accented in stainless steel opens into a spacious new lobby area. Inside, the new lobby features walls of rich African mahogany and Spanish marble. A new floor combines travertine marble with granit and marble inlays.

Along with these exciting improvements, all of the outstanding features which have maintained Park Place Tower as a location of choice still remain.
