Solar tinting of all windows for increased energy efficiency and tenant comfort. Interior renovation of all passenger cabs and complete modernization of the freight elevator. Refurbish parking garage including upgrade of lighting, signage and installation of fully automated parking garage equipment. New retail store fronts, streetscape, and signage providing a uniform appearance with better store visibility.

Other building amenities include; Barber and Styling Salon, Plaza Deck, and Shoe Shine Service.

This building has achieved the BOMA 360 designation in Q4 2013.
