Southeast Financial Center is comprised of two buildings - a 55 story Office Tower and a 15 story Annex Building, developed on a 2.41 acre site in downtown Miami. The project also features a 30,000 square foot outdoor plaza landscaped with royal palm trees and a variety of native plant material. A steel & glass canopy attached 150’ feet from the ground provides a unique architectural connection between the two structures. The Tower is distinguished by its striking “saw-tooth” design on the northeast corner of the façade. This feature provides up to 16 corner offices per floor and highly efficient floor plates averaging 22,000 s.f. of net rentable area. A “V-notch” in the middle of the west face of the Tower runs the entire height of the Tower and is highlighted at night.

Parking cost as $120 per space per month.
