April 13,2007:
Building sold for $325 million from the Boymelgreen Group to Capstone Equities (a partnership between Josh Zamir and Carlyle Group).
September 2005:
Building sold to Brooklyn-based Boymelgreen and partner Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. Will remain office property. Some of the building to be sold off as office condos. Douglas Harmon of Eastdil Realty was the seller's broker.
March 1999: Building sold to W 12/14 Wall Acquisition Associates, a partnership of Stellar Management and Dickstein Partners for $100 million. Stellar Management represented itself. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, GE Investments.
Building won the 1996-97 BOMA/NY Award for Modernization/Restoration.
