The Renovation of Existing Building will consist of a total overhaul of the existing warehouse Building A into a maximum of 17 condominium units ranging in size from 700 to 2,600 square feet (units may be combined to form larger units). Each unit has expansive aluminum storefront entrances and windows, individually controlled HVAC systems and 16’-25’ ceiling heights. Five of the units will also have a mezzanine. This renovation includes creating attractive common areas with wide hallways, skylights and unique architectural features.

Two new buildings (Buildings B and C) have been constructed adjacent to the existing building. These buildings appeal to users desiring their own free-standing building. The design allows for up to five individual units from 2,000-2,500 square feet as an alternative.
