Balancing the old with the new, the Princeton Lofts combines all-new, steel construction, while retaining the original warmth and authenticity of the double-bow truss wood ceiling. No frills or surface decoration, but a raw sense of honesty in the plain walls, concrete and bolted steel structure, glass blocks, and sandblasted wood joists.

The lofts range in size from approximately 1,000 square feet to over 3,700 square feet. Each of the units is unique, incorporating design details that enhance each individual space. From mezzanines and in-residence, private elevators, to Boffi* kitchens and soaring skylights, each loft is a custom expression of the space and light, no two are the same.

When building the Princeton Lofts, Western Pacific Land Company insisted on rugged bolted steel-frame construction, replacing the original walls, while retaining the original double-bow truss roof. PCL, the contractor responsible for Los Angeles' Staples Center, and other prestigious public buildings, brought its customary rigor to this development. The lofts range in size from 1,000 to 3,700 square feet, but with high ceilings and open layouts, the lofts feel even more spacious. Clear glass skylights figure prominently throughout the Princeton Lofts, including public concourse areas and in many of the units. With ceiling heights that reach 30-feet above the ground floor, the skylights offer natural light by day and a view of the stars by night.
