When building the Princeton Lofts, Western Pacific Land Company insisted on rugged bolted steel-frame construction, replacing the original walls, while retaining the original double-bow truss roof. PCL, the contractor responsible for Los Angeles' Staples Center, and other prestigious public buildings, brought its customary rigor to this development. The lofts range in size from 1,000 to 3,700 square feet, but with high ceilings and open layouts, the lofts feel even more spacious.
