Nicholas L Miner - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Nick began his commercial real estate career with The MEGA Corp. which became a partner office to CB Richard Ellis in Omaha, Nebraska. Nick started as an intern and became a licensed real estate person in the state of Nebraska in 1998. During his final year of college, Nick began working with the Office Leasing Division and the Investment Sales Division of CB Richard Ellis|MEGA. During his tenure, he completed many office leases and helped negotiate some investment sales.

In October 2001, Nick moved to Phoenix and began working for Marcus & Millichap as a Sales Assistant. He did this for 6 months. While at Marcus & Millichap, he was exposed to several facets of the investment sales arena.

Early in 2002, Nick began working for a small commercial brokerage company in Tempe, AZ.

In May of 2003, Nick attained his CCIM Designation after completing all of his course work and taking the final examination in Washington, D.C.

In June 2005, Nick partnered with two other people to build the brokerage company for Eagle Commercial Realty Services. ECRS currently manages over 3 million square feet of retail and office properties in Phoenix and San Antonio.

In September 2006, Nick obtained his Arizona Broker License.

Nick is the immediate past-President of the Central AZ Chapter of CCIMs. Nick is the Chairman of the National Member Services Committee for the CCIM Institute. Nick graduated from the Jay Levine Leadership Development Academy for 2005. There were only 14 members selected to be a part of this development academy that was started 3 years ago by the CCIM Institute.

Nick was voted on the Board of Directors for CCIM Institute and will be serving a 3 year term beginning in October 2006. Less
