Vintage Capital Group, LLC (“VCG”), a Fred C. Sands company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is involved in real estate development and sale-leaseback financing, as well as the direct acquisition of value-added real estate. Value-Added Real Estate Acquisitions

VCG is able to enter into transactions with no financing contingency and can close in less than thirty days. VCG will explore acquisitions throughout the continental United States that fit VCG’s investment criteria.

Sale-leaseback Financing

Vintage Capital Group provides sale-leaseback financing to U.S. corporations seeking capital. We acquire corporate-owned real estate and lease it back for extended terms. Real Estate Lending

Vintage Funding, LLC, a VCG affiliate, is a direct lender that provides short-term financing secured by first or second trust deeds on all types of commercial and multi-family properties. The minimum loan amount is $1 million and the maximum is generally $6 million.

Note Purchases

VCG will acquire performing or non-performing notes secured by real estate, in the form of either individual notes or note pools.

Real Estate Development Opportunities
