Wayne Dickson is a fourth-generation Washingtonian and senior retail management and operations executive with over 40 years’ hands-on experience in management performance, implementation and sales. Dickson co-founded Blake Dickson real estate in 2000 as a boutique firm designed to fill a unique niche representing commercial property owners and prospective tenants throughout the Greater Washington, DC Metro markets. A highly regarded negotiator whose long-standing experience guides the firm in its day-to-day business transactions. Wayne is active in DC government and community affairs, as President of Logan Circle Community Association, Chair of the Ward 2 Democrats, member DC State Democratic Committee, and mayoral appointment as Chair of the DC Comprehensive Plan Task Force, among many other community service projects.
