Travis Healey, an industrial specialist withCommerce CRG, has chosen to focus his career on the diverse needs of smaller tenants. Working in a market segment that is often overlooked by industrial brokers, Travis believes that tenants with smaller space requirements deserve the same level of service and commitment provided to their larger counterparts. Travis recognizes that making the best possible real estate decisions can play a critical role in a company's success, and works with a single-minded determination to accomplish his clients' goals. Travis began his career in industrial real estate in 1998 as an assistant to Bob Mills, one of Commerce CRG's top-producing agents. Working closely with Mills, who has averaged more transactions per year than any other commercial broker in Utah, Travis absorbed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the niche market of properties less than 20,000 square feet in size. His demonstrated abilities with both tenants and landlords led to Travis' joining Mills as a full partner in January of 2000.
