Since coming to Hines in 1998, Tom D'Arcy has provided regional leasing and marketing assistance at the General Motors Global Headquarters in Detroit; the Huntington Center in Columbus, Ohio; and 2525 West End (a mixed-use development) in Nashville. As a manager, he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of the Chicago-area office portfolio, including the 1.3 million-square-foot Three First National Plaza building; the 850,000-square-foot 303 East Wacker building; the 650,000-square-foot 225 West Wacker building; and the 118,000-square-foot 29 North Wacker building – all in Chicago; as well as the 600,000-square-foot Woodfield Preserve Office Center in Schaumburg, Illinois; the 1.6 million-square-foot Woodfield Corporate Center; and the 1.2 million-square-foot Chancellory Business Park in Itasca, Illinois. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. D’Arcy was managing director at Insignia Financial Group, where he led the repositioning and leasing of the 1.3 million-square-foot, 65-story 311 South Wacker Drive office tower in Chicago. Additional Insignia responsibilities included business development for its commercial property group and corporate transaction work.
