Real Estate Broker, President, CCIM, and sole principal stockholder of Nevada Development and Realty Co. with successful sales and leases of real estate in excess of $150 million in the Las Vegas market. The company provides leasing and management of commercial property, consultant services, and commercial real estate brokerage. Directly active in real estate sales, development, management and leasing of commercial property since 1999. Highly experienced in leasing, tenant representation, property management, site selection, property acquisition and disposition.
