Steve joined The Group, Inc. in 1995 as a Commercial Broker Associate. He joined the management team 2002. He served as a Director for The Group, Inc.s Board of Directors from 1998-2002. He is a a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and is three-time past president of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors.

Over his career, Steve has managed or participated in over $1 billion of real estate transactions. Steve has been a featured speaker on commercial real estate throughout the northern Colorado region.

Professional Experience:
He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado in Organizational Management and earned his M.B.A. alsoat CU. He was the Chief Financial Officer for a construction development company in Boulder from 1980-1994. During this time, he gained experience in construction, development, leasing, and property management. He developed and constructed six light industrial buildings in Boulder, Lonmont and Fort Collins. He has brokered and managed brokers, in the commercial real estate industry since 1994.

Community Involvement:
He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Collins and is a member of the Fort Collins Rotary Club.
