He obtained a B.S. in marketing at Missouri State University working on weekends and summers as a guide and professional photographer shooting for major outdoor publications.
Shane's wife Karen, also a licensed agent, joined the firm the following year. In 2008 their daughter Jordan became the 3rd generation realtor after graduating from the University of Missouri.
