Robert Fransen is the Managing Partner for each Timberland Partners partnership. He also serves as President and owner of Timberland Partners Management Company, the property management firm which oversees the Timberland Partners portfolio. In addition, Bob is the President of Fransen Appert Real Estate Group, Inc., one of the leading apartment brokerage companies operating in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St.Paul.

Prior to forming Fransen Appert Real Estate Group and Timberland Partners, Bob was associated for a number of years with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, now known as CB Richard Ellis, where he specialized in the sale of apartment properties. He formed Fransen Real Estate in 1992 to serve such clients as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Norwest Bank.

Considered an expert on apartment markets, Bob is often asked to give presentations regarding market conditions to many industry groups.

Bob holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and received his degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Less
