Mr. Clements rejoined NAI KLNB in January 2012 after leaving the company in 1994 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Clements originally joined the company in 1985 and became a partner in 1992 specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties in the I-95 corridor. In 1994, Mr. Clements moved to Preston Partners as a principal where he developed, leased and sold over 12 million square feet over 13 years. In 2009, Mr. Clements joined Cushman and Wakefield as a senior director where he was responsible for sales, leasing and corporate advisory services to clients in the Maryland metropolitan area.
A highly respected veteran broker, Mr. Clements has consistently been a top producer in the leasing and sales of industrial/office properties throughout the Baltimore-Washington corridor. He has over 27 years of experience and success representing some of the region’s most active tenants and landlords.
During his career, he has been involved in transactions of over 17 million square feet of commercial property. He has received numerous industry honors for large leasing and sale transactions.
