Rob Ippolito is a Senior Managing Director with NGKF Retail Advisors with over 18 years of retail real estate experience. Rob is licensed in California and as a senior member of the team, focuses on advising landlords in identification and implementation of the correct long term plan for their asset. Since January 2010, Rob has completed 100 investment transactions with a total consideration of more than $1 Billion*.

Institutional clients include BlackRock Realty, RPAI, Gerrity, Kite Realty, Weingarten Realty, Kimco, Prudential, InvenTrust, GE Capital, Fidelity Investments and CW Capital.

Rob received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, Rob played baseball with the Seattle Mariners organization for three seasons. Rob is a San Diego native and resides in Scripps Ranch with his wife and four daughters.
