Richard F. Etner, Jr. joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1988 in the Fort Lauderdale office and prior to that was with IBM Corporation for 10 years. He is an Executive Director with a four-person team consisting of his partner of 16 years Chris Metzger, as well as Sky Groden and Christopher Thomson. Together this team comprises of the most dominant Industrial force in South Florida. Rick holds the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s GSCS (Global Supply Chain Solutions) group specializing in logistics management. Rick has been a top producing broker in the Fort Lauderdale office every year and has received numerous awards such as "Rookie of the Year", "Deal of the Year" as well as achieving the Cushman & Wakefield "Top 100 National Broker Achievement Award" and "Top Industrial Broker of Florida Award".
