Peter Braus

Peter is co-owner of Lee & Associates NYC, Sierra Real Estate and Cogswell-Lee Acquisitions. His primary role is to oversee the company's retail leasing practice, but he is also involved in all aspects of the company's brokerage group. He has completed in excess of 1000 commercial leasing transactions with an aggregate value of over $500 million over the course of his career. Peter currently represents numerous owners, including the Durst Organization, The Rockefeller Group, Park Tower Group, RedSky Capital and many others. Some of his tenants include M&T Bank (Manhattan retail locations), Sprinkles Cupcakes of Beverly Hills, and Marc Restaurant Group of London. He has also represented numerous landlords, including the Durst Organization, Silverstein Properties, Red Sky Capital, and Waterbridge Capital. Mr Braus has also been involved in a wide variety of sales brokerage transactions, including 202 Fifth Avenue and 140 Williams Street.
