Matthew Spickard is a Leasing Associate with CBRE’s Asset Services Group in Atlanta. For the past year, Mr. Spickard has been working on special projects, with an emphasis on marketing and business development within the Asset Services division of CBRE. He has spent much of that time learning to engage prospective tenants and helping to distinguish an asset’s features and benefits.
His brokerage background includes marketing and cultivating client relationships. He has also created a cold call program to focus on the Northwest submarket, developing product knowledge and market intelligence.

Most recently, Mr. Spickard played a vital role in the selection of CBRE as leasing and marketing agent for Redstone Arsenal. Redstone is a 422-acre site owned by the United States Army in Huntsville, Alabama, that has been selected to accommodate many of the groups relocating due to base closings and military realignments across the United States. More than 4,000 new jobs are anticipated for this development, as contractors and support personnel relocate as well. Mr. Spickard provided demographic studies, needs analysis and a marketing plan for potential tenants.

Mr. Spickard received a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of West Georgia. Less
