Marcos Puente is a member of the Retail Capital Markets group, focusing exclusively on investment sales and leasing. He specializes in high street retail centers in Miami’s southern urban core, suburban retail centers in Miami, and net leased properties throughout the southeast. Over the past two years, Marcos has arranged more than $100 million in sales. Marcos represents a wide array of investors, including high net-worth private investors, developers, institutions, private equity funds, and offshore investors.

Marcos’s career began in advisory services and investment sales, where he specialized in working with private owners of retail strip centers and net leased assets through the southeast.
