CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern, Luis was a Research Analyst and served as a major player for Grubb & Ellis Company’s Regional Client Services team where he led research efforts for the company’s field offices of San Antonio and Austin. Luis was responsible for the acquisition and verification of real estate market data in order to provide accurate, timely market data and analysis of commercial real estate trends impacting the local markets. In addition, he was responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data through quarterly reports.

Before his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Luis held the position of Investment Analyst at AllianceBernstein, a leading global investment management & research firm, where he was in charge of managing and maintaining portfolios that invested in virtually every sector. During his tenure, Luis managed thousands of accounts as part of a team that was responsible for nearly $10 billion of assets.

With his educational real estate background and broad experience in the industry, Luis is well positioned to provide commercial real estate investment services for local, regional and national clients.
