As Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the Pacific Rim Region, Linda Gee oversees PMRG’s delivery of a full spectrum of real estate services in Hawaii. Ms. Gee brings over 37 years of experience in Hawaii’s real estate industry and offers extensive expertise in commercial property investment sales and acquisitions, consulting, leasing and management.

Ms. Gee has represented clients in the acquisition and sale of office, retail and industrial properties valued in excess of $300,000,000, while representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of over 1,600,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

Previously, Ms. Gee launched Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Property Management Division in Hawaii and served as its District Manager. After acquiring the division’s assets, she formed The Landmark Property Corporation, which managed and leased 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property on three islands, including Restaurant Row, Manoa Marketplace, Pearl Kai and Westridge Shopping Centers, Azeka Place Shopping Center, Bank of America Building, Nimitz Business Center, The Imperial Plaza and Kapalama Military Reservation. Landmark also served as project development coordinator of the Imperial Plaza, Nimitz Business Center, Bank of America and Pearl Kai Center properties.

When The Landmark Property Corporation was sold to Koll Management Services, Ms. Gee was named President of Koll’s Asia-Pacific Region and served as a Vice President of CB Richard Ellis’ brokerage division upon its merger with Koll, prior to joining PM Realty Group in 1999.

Ms. Gee has represented clients in the acquisition and sale of office, retail and industrial properties valued in excess of $300,000,000, while representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of over 1,600,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

Ms. Gee has been designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is an affiliate Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), past President of IREM’s Hawaii Chapter and a licensed Hawaii real estate broker. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Palama Settlement and is a member of Lambda Alpha International. Less
