Professional Background Kent Mau has an extensive, 30+ year background in selling, leasing and financing commercial real estate in the southern Colorado market. His successes have consistently ranked him the leading office broker in the Colorado Springs community, and he has been credited with writing the largest lease and sale transactions in El Paso County’s history. Joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Mau leads a team of experienced brokers providing specialized leasing and sales consulting services to institutional and entrepreneurial clients, as well as numerous medical clients including Kinder Morgan, Children’s Hospital, USA Triathlon, Norwood Development, Brookwood Financial Partners, and DPC Development Company. Mr. Mau and his team currently focus on Class A office and medical product, primarily in the CBD and North I-25 Corridor. Prior to joining NGKF, Mr. Mau was one of the founders of Palmer McAllister Co. in 1989. He later restructured the company as Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc., creating the largest, full-service commercial brokerage company in southern Colorado. He relocated to Colorado in 1987 from Minneapolis/St. Paul, where he worked for a leading independently-owned commercial real estate company.
