JOSEPH KONDRACKE JOINS THE ROCHLIN ORGANIZATION
JERICHO, NY (Feb. 23, 2009)—Joseph Kondracke, an established Long Island estate professional, has joined The Rochlin Organization LLC, which specializes in ownership representation.

“The current economic climate demands experienced ownership representatives, and I am pleased to offer my experience to the marketplace,” said Kondracke.

For the past 14-years, Kondracke was a senior associate at CB Richard Ellis, in Woodbury, N.Y., establishing contractual relationships for the company and handling properties throughout the Long Island marketplace.

Kondracke began his career in 1979 with The Minskoff Organization, and has worked as a corporate real estate executive with Alexander & Alexander, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

“Joseph brings with him a wealth of corporate real estate experience that we plan to capitalize on,” said Adam Rochlin, president of The Rochlin Organization.

During his career, Kondracke has represented such clients as GMAC, Prudential Insurance, Prudential Securities, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, N.E.C., Verizon, and Robert Half Staffing.

A long time Long Island resident, Kondracke resides in Greenlawn with his wife, Jeanne, and their two children. He received his real estate degree from New York University. He is a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.





Mr. Kondracke specializes in office leasing in New York''''s Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Mr. Kondracke has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1994.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Kondracke was Director of Leasing at JPC Management, an owner/developer of office and industrial real estate on Long Island and New Jersey. At JPC he was responsible for all commercial leasing activities from marketing to lease negotiations through construction and move-in and also assisted in development and purchase of new projects.

Mr. Kondracke was also a Real Estate Manager for Equicor a major group and health insurance company owned by Equitable Life Insurance and Hospital Corporation of America with over 100 offices nationwide. He was responsible for over 50 projects including office build-to-suit and relocation projects. Less
