Jon Sorokowski serves as a Senior Vice President with Sperry Van Ness Inland Empire Office. Sorokowski advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial transactions in the Southern California marketplace. He specializes in retail assets of all types within the single, multi-tenant, anchored, neighborhood and lifestyle centers.
Jon has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having been involved directly with over half billion dollars in transactions. He is known for his high level of commitment to his clients and strong work ethic for each assignment. Whether he is marketing his client’s properties to obtain maximum value or representing his client in purchasing a property, he always does what is in the best interest of the client and works diligently and aggressively to get the deal done.
Jon also serves as a member for Sperry Van Ness Asset Recovery Team that assist banks, receivers and servicers of the disposition of it troubled assets. Jon has worked with Provident Bank, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, California Bank and Trust and others. Jon’s experience ensures his clients the property will be sold at maximum value with the least amount of time on the market.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness in 1998, Jon served as a Senior Associate for Daum Commercial Real Estate where he was consistently one of the company’s top retail agents performing leasing and investments transactions. Jon experience in both leasing and investment sales ensures his clients their property will be positioned for its highest possible value.
